| 内容記述 | Practice with phantoms is an important part of preclinical education for dental students. This kind of training is now used in the department of dental materials and clinical departments in our school. In operative dentistry, the subject of the highest frequency for practice with phantoms is metal cast restoration. In this report we evaluated faults in castings which were observed in practice with phantom in 1990 and 1991. The results obtained were as follows: 1) 45.0% of students in 1990, and 40.0% of students in 1991 had faults in their castings. 2 ) The most common fault in the castings was projections in the casting, 20.9% in 1990 and 20.0% in 1991. | |||||
