order群に対して約34%まで減少させた。siRNAによってfibrillin-1 mRNAを抑制するとfibrillin-1の繊細な細網状の局在は減少し、太い線維状の局在を示した。蛍光強度からタンパク量は60%に減少していることが推定された。versicanのGAG-αおよびGAG-β domainの局在はfibrillin-1
