Both the activities of HMG-CoA reductase and cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase were reduced in vivo and in vitro.On the basis these findings, it is suggested that the decreased rate of cholesterol synthesis and cholesterol degradation to bile acid may play a significant role in the elimination of cholesterol in the serum and liver after ursodesoxycholic acid feeding.}, pages = {39--43}, title = {<原著>ウルソデスオキシコール酸の肝3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductaseと肝コレステロール7α-hydroxylase活性におよぼす作用}, volume = {1}, year = {1982} }
