 note = {P(論文), 本研究の目的は、精神看護学実習を履修した学生84名を対象に、学生の記録から、病院実習後に社会参加を支える施設での精神科看護学実習を展開することで、学生が看護の機能についていかなる学びを得ているのかを分析し、今後の教育内容を検討していく際の基礎資料を得ることである。学生の実習課題レポートを分析した結果、184の記録単位が抽出され、5つのコアカテゴリが形成された。学生の学びは、「対象者の社会参加に関する看護の機能」「対象者と看護者の相互作用」「病状コントロールに関する看護の機能」「対象者を取り巻く環境に関する看護の機能」「対象者の生活スキルに関する看護の機能」であった。社会参加を支える施設での実習を通して、学生は社会生活を送っている精神障害者と関わり、その中から、対象者に対して社会参加を意識しながら入院時から看護者が看護を展開していく重要性を学んでいた。そして、対個人との関係性だけではなく、社会や行政への働きかけまで、広い視野から精神科看護についての学びを得る機会となっていた。, The aim of this study is to analyse what students learned from psychiatric nursing practice at community-based institutions in order to obtain materials to improve our teaching. Records from 84 students were examined, 184 record units were extracted and 5 core-categories of students' learning (<Nursing function on clients' social participation> <Interaction between nurses and clients> <Nursing function on controlling psychiatric condition> <Nursing function on environment for clients> <Nursing function on living life skills for clients>) were composed. Through practice at community based institutions, students interacted with people with mental illness who were living in a community and learned the importance of providing nursing that is aiming for their rehabilitation. This method of practice gave an opportunity for students to gain wider perspective psychiatric nursing, such as for individual and society as a whole.},
