Methods : The participants of this study were 2 social workers, 2 doctors, 5 nurses, and 2 teachers. Data was collected by interview against participants with a semi-structured questionnaire, and was analyzed qualitatively. Results : The following 9 categories were developed : \"patients and education\", \"psychosocial effects of hospital school on patients\", \"social development of patients in hospital school\", \"understanding of education of patients\", \"problem of hospital school\", \"mental health care\", \"problem faced of patients and their family\", \"forging of systems to support patients\", and \"forging of systems for cooperation\". In all categories, the most emphatic category was \"forging of systems for cooperation\". It has two main problems to be solved. The first is that educational support for patients needs to cooperate with many professionals. The second is that systems for cooperation need to coordinate. Conclusions : Social workers works always in cooperate with different kinds of professionals and facilities. And they have specialized knowledge and skill of social works as personal helping method.
