 note = {P(論文), 本研究の目的は,うつ病回復者の状況構成の変化の特徴を明らかにし,うつ病の回復過程を支える看護介入の方法を検討することである.対象者はうつ病回復者9名である.1名につき3,4回半構造化面接を実施し,逐語録を状況構成の軸と《発病前》《発病時》《現在》の時間軸に分類し,状況構成の変化を分析した.その結果,彼らは,発病前から自己領域を抑制し,代わりに職業領域を優先にエネルギーを注ぐ生活を有する傾向にあることがわかった.発病により身体症状に翻弄されるが,身体の回復に伴い自己を客観視するようになり,自己領域では身体知覚,感情を意識した生活を送るように変化していた.職業領域では,仕事をしていない自己に対する葛藤状態を経て,仕事に対する考え方や仕事の仕方が柔軟に変化していた.そして家族領域では,そうした自己領域と職業領域の変化を支えるように,受け止め手としての他者が存在していた.以上より,看護者は,彼らの状況構成を把握した上で,身体性の回復に焦点をあてながら,生活の再構築を助けることを念頭におき関わること,彼らの自己洞察を促すこと,受け止め手としての他者の存在の有無に注目する必要があることを論じた., The purposes of the present study are to identify the characteristics of Situierung changes in individuals who had recovered from depression and to examine methods of nursing intervention that support the recovery process from depression. The study included nine individuals who had recovered from depression. Three to four semi-structured interviews were conducted per participant. Transcripts were categorized based on a Situierung axis and a temporal axis comprising "before depression", "during depression", and "now", and changes in Situierung were analyzed. Our results showed that participants had a tendency even before the onset of depression to lead a lifestyle of repressing their self domain and instead investing more energy on their professional domain. With the onset of depression their lives became dictated by the physical symptoms they suffered, but they learned to view themselves objectively as they recovered physically. In the domain of their personal selves, they underwent a change in lifestyle to one with awareness for their physical sensations and emotions. In their professional domain, after going through a phase of self-conflict for not working, they adopted a more flexible approach to thinking about work and how they work. Lastly, in the family domain, family members were found to play the role of supporters of the changes in self and professional domains.},
