Usually, porcelain fused metal crowns, resin faced metal crowns, or porcelain jacket crown restorations have been used to treat such teeth. But there are considerable problems with these tmeatment methods. Much sound tooth structure must be removed and the pulp tissure must sometimes be treated. Recently, composite resin laminate veneer restorations were developed for the treatment of such teeth . To treat discolored teeth, bleaching has also been introduced. Now, the bleaching method allows treatment of both pulpless teeth, and vital teeth. 3 cases of discolored or malformed teeth which were treated with composite resin laminate veneer restoration and bleaching are shown in this clinical case report. After the treatment, color, form, and the estnetics of these teeth were recovered or improved.}, pages = {21--29}, title = {<臨床>ラミネートベニア法および漂白法による前歯変色歯, 発育異常歯の修復}, volume = {10}, year = {1991} }
