The amylase activity in von Ebner's glands was 1.25 % of that in the parotid glands in the fasted state, but markedly higher than that of the submandibular and sublingual glands. After feeding, amylase activity in the submandibular and sublingual glands and in plasma increased greatly, but in von Ebner's glands, parotid glands and the pancreas it decreased. The ratio of reduction of amylase activity in von Ebner's glands by feeding was very similar to that in the parotid glands and the reduction was larger in rats fed for 4 hr than in rats fed for 1 hr. These results suggest that von Ebner's glands responds to feeding stimuli and secretes saliva into the oral cavity.}, pages = {17--22}, title = {摂食によるラットエブネル腺アミラーゼ分泌変化について}, volume = {11}, year = {1992} }
