 note = {P(論文), 学校教育法,大学設置基準の改正(1991年)により医学部ならびに歯学部では,「進学過程」の制度廃止,専門過程での時間制から単位制への変更により6年一貫教育が可能となった。この改正にともない各医学部では6年一貫教育が導入され,放射線学においても講義内容,講義時間,講義回数における問題点が指摘され検討がなされている。北海道医療大学(以下,本学)歯学部では,1993年度に「新カリキュラム検討委員会」を設置し,大学設置基準,歯科医学教授要項の改正を考慮した大学の教育理念・目標の見直しを検討してきた。その結果,基礎教育過程(第1,2学年)に専門教育を一部導入した新たなカリキュラムを1995年度第1学年より実施した。歯科放射線学では従来,講義体系は基礎放射線学と臨床放射線学を第3学年と第4学年に分けて行ってきた。すなわち,基礎放射線学は第3学年の後期に週1講90分の講義を15回,そして,臨床放射線学は第4学年の前期に週2講90分の講義を30回で行ってきた。新カリキュラムでは基礎と臨床講義の割合を単純にあわせて,第4学年の前期に週2講90分の講義を30回,後期に週1講90分の講義を15回に統合され1998年度より行うことになった。本講座で行った本学歯学部学生の大学教育に対する意識では,教育は成績の平均的な学生に合わせた自主性にまかせたものが望ましく,講義は学生の自主性にもとづいて手取り足取り教育は不適切であるとしている。この調査では講義,受講姿勢,放射線学への認識に関しての意識は調査していない。今回,われわれは新カリキュラム施行にともない本学歯学部学生が放射線学講義に対して,いかなる意識を持っているのか把握するため新たにアンケート調査を行った。そして,より充実した講義内容を確立することを目的とし,今後の学生教育の指導方針の指標を検討することとした。, With the revision of criteria for establishment of universities, it was possible of provided an integrated education at medical and dental universities, and training is now possible early in the study. The new educational guidelines were introduced in the first grade of the dental school from the 1995 school year. The purpose of this investigation was to gain an understading of student attitudes to dental radiology. The investigation included 107 students, 70 males and 34 females in the fourth grade of dental school in the 1996 school year. The investigation was by questionnaire about the lecture system, attitude to attendance at lectures, test methods, and understanding of dental radiology. There appears to be a need to reexamine the length of lectures, as the present duration (90 minutes) was considered too long, 20-40 per cent of the students were independently working at oral radiology. A suitable test of oral radiology was thought to be with mark sheet and have 25- or 50- questions. The students regarded radiological diagnosis as important among the aspects of dental radiology.},
