This reports two cases of the induction of sedation and general anesthesia that provided relief for the patient and the accompanying persons. The two catients were mentally-disabled, and they were administered behavior therapy in cooperation with their guardians. It became possible to have the patients enter the room for dental ambulatory anesthesia at the clinical department and perform self-induction of sedation and anesthesia, and the dental treatments that were planned became possible.
