| 内容記述 | ２型糖尿病をもちながら就労している人々のウェルビーイング（PLS-R）に影響する要因について，糖尿病負担感（PAID），職務満足（MSQ），および疾患関連情報を含む対象者の状況との関連から明らかにすることを目的として，２型糖尿病で外来通院中の20歳から60歳の就労者381名を対象とした質問紙調査を実施した．有効回答が得られた254名を分析対象としてウェルビーイングを従属変数とした重回帰分析を行った結果，職務満足の高さ（β=.44），正規雇用（β=.17），および糖尿病負担感の低さ（β=-.15）がウェルビーイングを有意に高めており，疾患関連情報による影響はみられなかった.2型糖尿病をもちながら就労している人々のウェルビーイングを高めるために，疾患や治療に関する情報だけでなく仕事に対する満足や勤務形態，２型糖尿病であることへの負担感を把握し，その人の生活を踏まえて関わる必要性が示唆された． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to investigate the factors affecting the well-being（PLS-R） of workers with type 2 diabetes in relation to their perception of diabetes burden（PAID）, job satisfaction（MSQ）, the status of the participants, and disease-related information, through a questionnaire survey of 381 workers aged 20‒60 years with type 2 diabetes receiving care in outpatient clinics.This study was conducted with the approval of the ethics committee of the affiliated facilities. Multiple regression analysis of the valid data of 254 participants with well-being as the dependent variable revealed that high job satisfaction（β=.44）, employment status（β＝.17）, and perception of low diabetes burden（β＝-.15） significantly increased well-being; however, disease-related information had no effect on well-being. Our results suggested that not only information regarding disease and treatment but also regarding job satisfaction, employment status, and perception of burden due to type 2 diabetes can enhance the well-being of workers with type 2 diabetes. Accordingly, it is necessary to care for an individual with an understanding of their lifestyle. | |||||||||
