| 内容記述 | 北海道のある医療系大学の3年生83人に対し,麻疹・風疹・水痘・ムンプス・ポリオ・BCG三種混合・日本脳炎の各予防接種接種歴,および麻疹・風疹・水痘・ムンプス罹患の有無を自記式アンケートにより調査した.水痘・ムンプスワクチンは未接種率が高かった.これは水痘・ムンプスが任意接種であるためと思われた.北海道では日本脳炎ワクチンは接種されていないが,今回の調査でも北海道で出生した者の同ワクチン接種率は北海道以外で出生した者より有意に低かった.他のワクチン接種率は,ポリオ以外すべて北海道で出生した者が高かった.ワクチン接種を受けたのにも拘わらず後に罹患したと回答した者は,水痘で約6割,麻疹でも2割近くにのぼった.大学生でのSVFを回避するため,麻疹ワクチンの再接種が必要と思われた. | |||||

| 内容記述 | We investigated the history of vaccinations concerning measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, etc., taking 83 junior students in a university in Hokkaido Prefecture as subjects. The percentages of the students that did not take the vaccinations of mumps and varicella were low, whose reason may be that these vaccinations are voluntary, not compulsory. In Hokkaido Prefecture the vaccination for Japanese encephalitis is not done. The percentage of taking this vaccination was lower in those who were born in Hokkaido than those who were born out of this prefecture. The percentages of taking other vaccinations (except the one for poliomyelitis) were higher in those who were born in Hokkaido. Secondary vaccine failures for varicella and for measles were about 60% and nearly 20%, respectively. In order to avoid secondary vaccine failures for measles among university students which are prevailing recently, two shots of vaccination for this disease are necessary. | |||||
