class="multiple-line">看護技術に含まれる行為の要素を明らかにするために,シャンプーにおける身体性,順序性の特徴を検討した.データ収集では,ケリパードで行うシャンプーの場面をデジタルビデオカメラで3方向から撮影した.この映像データを,パーソンズが提唱している行為の定義にもとづき,質的方法で分析した.結果,シャンプーには,「どの技術にも共通する基本的構造を示すケア関係/ケア空間作りからその解消に至る一連のプロセス」という基本的構造に加えて,両者の身体に道具が介在する技術における,看護者の"手"と"湯の動き"を同調させるという特徴的な身体性が見出された.また,シャンプーの特徴的な行為の構造として,≪ケア空間の中での一・二歩の身体の開き≫を可能にするために,その行為に先行して≪一・二歩で移動できるケア空間を作る≫という順序とその身体性が明らかとなった.</td>
