| 内容記述 | 本研究は,中高年期うつ病体験者の生活上の出来事に対する捉え方と対処を明らかにすることを目的とした.研究方法は質的記述的研究であり,対象は中高年期うつ病体験者の手記とうつ病体験者である。手記からは生活上の出来事の捉え方と対処に関する記述を質的に分析し,うつ病体験者については半構造式インタビューを行い手記と同様の方法で分析した.その結果,9つのカテゴリーが抽出され,彼らは,自己評価や価値観を獲得する際に,自らの考え方に従うことや自由に判断することが困難な状況にあること,身近な他者や代替価値,一般的基準や評価を取り込むことによって,自己価値や評価の揺らぎを防いでいることが考えられた.彼らの看護においては,主体性をはぐくみつつ生活の悪循環の修正をはかる必要がある. | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to explore a little further into acknowledgement and coping in middle aged melancholies. This research was conducted according to a qualitative description model. I examined the descriptive contents of memoir issued, and I collected their narrations with semi-structured interviews by middle aged melancholies. As the result, 9 categories were obtained by getting the similar contents together. They are awkward to judge their thinking when they acquired self-judge and self-value. I thought that they protected their self-judge and self-estimation with their familiar persons, substitute worth, evaluation of general standard, and their life is condition of vicious circle. Their nursing is necessary to raise their self-control and their autonomy, modify their lifestyle from their vicious circle. | |||||
