| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,精神科病棟入院中の人格障害患者とその重要他者との関わりの内容を分析することにより,過去から現在に至る人格障害患者のコミュニケーションパターンの変遷を検証することである.対象は精神科病棟に入院中の人格障害患者3名と,それぞれの患者が指名した重要他者3名である.過去から現在に至る重要他者との関わりについて,半構成的インタビュー法を用いてデータ収集し,質的記述的方法を用い分析した.その結果,3事例に共通したコミュニケーションパターンの変遷が明らかになった.異性に対する依存と支配の関係が同時に存在する【異性との関わり】,危機的状況に直面した時にその形態が変化する【他者へのアピール】,心の不安定さから脱するための【自分の居場所を探し求める行動】が特徴として挙げられた.また各事例において固有のコミュニケーションパターンが明らかになった.彼らの看護において,コミュニケーションパターンの傾向を十分に理解して関わることの重要性を論じた. | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to explore a transition of communication pattern among the people with personality disorder by analyzing the way of their interaction with their significant others. Three inpatients with personal disorder and three their significant others participated in this study. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, with semi-structured interviews on interactions between the inpatients and their significant others. Common characteristics of communication patterns were explored from the result of data analysis. They were [an interaction with a person of the opposite sex] which both dependence and dominance relationships exist at the same time, [an appeal to other people] which the way of their relationship changes in the face of crisis situation, and [an action for searching a place where they can be themselves] to out of an emotional insecurity. Furthermore, it was found out that each case also had its own communication pattern. In conclusion, it is important for nurses to interact with them in a full understanding of their communication patterns. | |||||
