| 内容記述 | Recently, with the rapid increase in the proportion of aged in the population and with increases in age, the number of senior citizens requesting medical diagnosis at the Departmentof Oral Surgery is increasing. We have conducted a seven year survey, from June, 1980 to May, 1987, on 83 admitted and treated patients over 60 years of age. 1. The number of hospitalized patients over the past 7 years was 581, with 14.3% of the patients over 60 years. 2. Of these 14.3%, 9.5% were under 70, 3.7% were under 80, 1.2% were over 80. 3. Of these 7.2% were male and 7.0% were female. Besides the above, clinical and statistical observations were made and diseases and afflictions, and type of complication were classified, a classifications by the type of anesthesia was also made. The survey also includes the number of days of hospitalization and cases rreferred to our clinic etc. | |||||
