| 内容記述 | A case of Herpes zoster in the second and third division of the trigeminal nerve associated with left hearing impairment is reported. The case was a 25-year-old man, who come to our hospital with complaints of vesicles on the left part of the face. Physical examination revealed many vesicles on the left part of the face, the mandibular branch area of the trigeminalnerve, and vesicles with necrose tissue on the left buccal mucosa, as well as soft and hard palatal mucosa. Hearing impainment of the left ear occured 2 days after admission. The treatment of this patient used 7-globulin (2500mg /day for 3 days) and Acyclover (500mg/day for 6 days). There are no clinical signs of post herpetic neuralgia, 3 years after the treatment. | |||||
