| 内容記述 | Clinical practice has been assigned as the final and most important aspect of study and practice in dental clinical education. In our university, the students are exposed to clinical practice from the latter term of the fifth year to the sixth year. For this report, we investigated the protocols of clinical cases of dental treatment from the seventh to the eleventh class of graduates. Especially, we evaluated the faults in clinical cases of metal cast restorations which were observed in mutual practice. The results were as follows: 1) 15.5% of cases in the seventh class, and 5.7～9.7% of cases in the eighth to eleventh classes had faults in the cast restorations. 2) The most common reason of failure in these cases, was poor fit the prepared tooth cavity. | |||||
