| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,統合失調症患者の発症前生活エピソードを当事者のインタビューから集め,その特徴を抽出することである.地域で生活している統合失調症患者5人にインタビューを実施し,発症前生活エピソードの9つのカテゴリーを得,それらは5つの軸で捉えることができた.5つの軸は【対人関係をめぐる苦痛】,【謂れのない負の意識】,【的外れな対処】,【日常生活上の戸惑い】と【仮面の生活】であった.【対人関係をめぐる苦痛】は幼少期から認められ,【的外れな対処】や【日常生活上の戸惑い】と密接に関係し,相互に関連し合いながら悪循環を形成していることが推測された.【謂れのない負の意識】は,周囲には気付かれ難い特徴があり,今回,当事者に対するインタビューだから得ることが出来たエピソードといえる.【仮面の生活】は,当事者が社会に適応する努力の結果と見なすことが出来た. | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to abstract the characteristics of life episodes of schizophrenia before the onset. The researcher conducted interviews with 5 schizophrenic patients who were living in the community. 5 core concepts of life episodes before the onset were derived from 9 categories. They were [pain from personal relationships], [unjustified sense of negativity ], [irrelevant coping methods], [barriers in their daily life] and [creating a mask and hiding behind it]. The study found that all the subjects experienced [pain from personal relationships]at an early age, and this had a close connection to [irrelevant coping methods] and [barriers in their daily life]. It seems that these core concepts interacted in someway causing a vicious circle which made the situation worse. Furthermore, [unjustified sense of negativity ] was characterized by the fact that other people didn' t even notice it. It can be said that this characteristic was found by interviewing the people concerned. The final core concept, [barriers in their daily life] could be regarded as an effort by the patients to adjust to society. | |||||
